The Leasing Staff are great, effectively communicate management decisions to achieve understanding and acceptance, and project a special confidence. The Maintenance Department are great, effectively commit resources of staff, funds and time. And are consistent, dependable, and accurate in carrying out responsibilities to a successful conclusion. My building is an approximate ten minute walk to campus. Food is within walking distance. A large chain grocery store is also within walking distance.

Highland terrace has been my home for the past year. Their one bedroom apartments are a perfect size for just yourself or a partner too. Myself, my girlfriend, and my cat seem to have plenty of room. There's really nothing negative to say. The rent is manageable, parking is usually good, and they allow pets!
